Manager and Catering of a Hotel

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years Sales Manager experience
  • Post-Secondary hospitality or hotel education or suitable combination of education and experience
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office and knowledge in Opera/Fidelio & Micros would be considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities
  • Domestic and international travel required
  • Valid BC Driver’s license along with reliable transportation and ability to travel abroad
  • Required to work outside of regular hours from time to time as business volumes vary
